If you have Macintosh OS Version 7.5.3, update to 7.5.5 now! This fixes several problems with Internet dialup connections.
Is Netscape not working correctly? Netscape requires 8Mb (12MB preferred) of RAM and Macintosh OS 7.0 or later. If you don't have Macintosh OS Version 7.5.2, it is downloadable from Apple's web site. Unfortunately, the files total 14 diskettes (Over 20Mb)!!!
