ACC-NET Terms and Policies

• Anderson Computer Consulting, Inc. IS NOT responsible for activity conducted by the users of this or any other service.
• ACC Inc. IS NOT responsible for any losses incurred by any user for any reason.
• This site is provided as a service to the registered users and should not be construed as an agreement.
• The USER is urged to practice discretion in order to protect themselves while using this or any net site. This includes, but is not limited to, use of antivirus software, anti-spy software, use of Credit Card or personal information,
• ACC Inc. reserves the right to terminate services to any user that is engaged in disreputable or illegal activities on this or any other site.
• Congress has determined that "Pornography" (with wide room for definition) is not legal on a computer network. We expect users to act accordingly.
• Parents are responsible for their children's' actions. Supervision of minor users is the parents' responsibility.
• ACC Inc. can NOT supervise every action of every user, however, legitimate complaints will be investigated.
• Using ACC Inc. services constitutes agreement to the above terms.
• SPAM - Unsolicited Commercial E-Mail - will not be tolerated in any form.  
  SPAM will cause immediate termination of the senders' account.  If coming from outside our network, it will cause immediate denial of e-mail services from the senders' IP address block.
• Unauthorized Access of Networked Computers is a Federal Felony.  Any activity of this sort will result in immediate termination and criminal charges may be rendered.  Jail time and fines have already been sentenced on individuals prosecuted for inappropriate network activity.
• ACC reserves the right to amend or change this policy without notice.
