How to move your regular mail from the Spam mailbox to the Main mailbox.

NOTE: You will not be able to reply to e-mail that is sitting in the Spam mailbox.  You must move it to the Main mailbox in order top reply to the sender.

1. Login to your mailbox via web e-mail not Outlook Express 
   (Your web e-mail can be found on the www.acc-net.com website.)
    Once you have logged in, be sure that you are on the Main Menu page.
   
2. You will see your Mailbox summary : which displays your Main mailbox & Spam mailbox etc. 
   Click on the Spam mailbox.
   There you will be able to view all your mail that has been labeled as Spam mail. 
   Also listed is the number of messages and number of pages of messages.
   
3. View the list of messages and, select the messages that you would like moved to the Main mailbox by clicking in the box in front the message..
   
4. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the MOVE TO button. BUT before you click it, be sure that the selection box next to it is set on MAIN . Now, you may click and all the mail that you’ve selected will be moved into the MAIN mailbox .
   
5. All other items that you do not want can now be deleted. Please note if you click on "Delete All" ALL ITEMS within that mailbox (for example the Spam mailbox) will be deleted.
